The 2020 season of Hills & Drills will start with weekly emails offering H&D style workouts and an active online community to help keep you motivated.

Hills & Drills started in 2015 as a program where athletes of all levels meet to work together and encourage each other to reach goals. H&D continues as a volunteer run program sponsored by Advanced Physical Therapy Center, Bauman's Running & Walking Shop, Trudy Tabor Real Estate and Grand Blanc Parks & Recreation.
Hills & Drills is a free weekly workout that meets at Bicentennial Park in Grand Blanc Wednesday evenings during the summer. Workouts last about 1 hour and include a strength zone, drill zone and hill repeats. Don't forget to warm up and cool down!
Everyone is welcome to participate in Hills & Drills. There is no cost to be part of this program, but you should be prepared each week with a good attitude, comfortable workout clothing, water, and a towel or yoga mat for any exercises on the ground.
